About Us
Asset Property Consultants + Valuers comprises three dedicated certified practicing valuers and a vast network of affiliates.
Our valuers are veterans of the property industry and have a combination of over 80 years of valuation and real estate experience between them.
Our focus has always been to establish longstanding relationships and respond to our client’s individual needs, and, having done this for decades, we have built an extensive network of affiliates across all sectors of industry and Australian states and territories.

Over 80 years of combined experience
All of our professionals are fully qualified certified practicing valuers as Associates of the Australian Property Institute (API).
As API Associates, our staff are required to meet and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements to ensure that they remain fully up to date with the latest industry changes.

APCV is an approved member of the service provider panels for various government and industry bodies, including but not limited to,: Transport NSW, Blacktown City Council, Railcorp, Presbyterian Church, and Property NSW (Valuer General).
