DIRECTOR, GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY VALUATIONS

As Director of Government and Community Valuations Stuart Hunter is responsible for valuing assets for Fair Value within the Government Sector.

As Director of Government and Community Valuations, Stuart Hunter is responsible for valuing assets for Fair Value to meet the requirements of AASB 116 and AASB 140 in accordance with Treasury Guidelines (Valuation of Physical Non-Current Assets at Fair Value as per TPP 07-1) within the Government sector.

Stuart has significant experience in completing valuations for Fair Value accounting purposes within the Government sector and has successfully completed major valuation assignments over many years. Some of these valuation projects have involved hundreds of properties Australia wide and have required significant management input for periods of up to twelve months.

Stuart also specialises in market valuations for the Government sector and has significant experience in completing such valuations.
