Luc Kakoz is a Certified Practicing Valuer with over twenty years experience in valuation and property consultancy.
Luc joined APCV in 2015 after fourteen years as a valuer with the Australian Valuation Office (Australian Tax Office) and running his own consultancy and buyer's agency. Luc's work with the ATO was recognised in him being awarded two Business Line Awards for his outstanding contribution to the workplace and project management.
Luc has established a reputation for his due diligence and impartiality and specialises in all forms of valuation, with expertise in residential, retail, commercial, office and industrial real estate. He is APCV's expert on rating objections, rental valuations, family law valuations, statutory valuations, liquidations, land acquisition and "just terms".
Luc works closely with APCV's government clients including Transport for NSW, RailCorp, and Property NSW.
