As Director of Private Sector Valuations James Doncas is responsible for servicing the needs of small and medium sized organisations within the private sector and individual property owners.

James has significant experience in completing valuations of all classes of property including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and specialised properties. 

Throughout his 30 plus years of experience as a valuer, James has been exposed to most situations that affect the value of a property and he is able to bring this extensive knowledge to the valuation process when undertaking valuations for his clients. 

James also has extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the property development process and can provide expert advice on most property development issues. James also has qualifications in building.
